No. You pay Google separately through your own advertising account. We recommend starting with £3,000/month in advertising. Our management starts at £1,000/month + VAT for an agreed ad budget of up to £3,000/month.
02What is included?
One custom-built landing page, Google Ads setup, keyword research and ongoing management, conversion tracking and lead qualification forms, monthly reports and direct contact with our team. You also get a lead portal for up to five staff, or connection to a supported CRM. There is no setup fee.
03What happens if I increase my advertising budget?
The management fee is £1,000/month up to £3,000 of agreed ad spend, £1,500/month above £3,000 up to £6,000, and £2,000/month above £6,000 up to £9,000. All management fees are plus VAT. We agree budget and fee increases beforehand; a small spending fluctuation won’t automatically change your fee. Larger budgets and additional services are discussed with our team.
04How long do I need to commit?
There is a three-month initial commitment, then the service continues on a monthly rolling basis.
05Do I need an existing website?
No. Tell us what service you offer and where. We can discuss a custom landing page and any hosting you need during the call. Any hosting costs or unsupported CRM work will be identified before agreement.
06Who owns the landing page and advertising account?
Your landing page and advertising account stay with your business. We manage your campaigns; your team handles the enquiries and closes the work.
07How quickly can we launch?
We aim to launch within two weeks of receiving the access, information and approvals we need.
08What happens on the free call?
In 30 minutes, we’ll discuss your business, confirm whether the numbers make sense and explain how we’d get started. There is no obligation, and you’ll know the management fee and advertising budget before deciding.
09Do you guarantee leads?
No. Google Search helps us reach people searching for your service, but it does not guarantee a fixed number of leads or that every enquiry will be a suitable buyer. We track performance and report the results clearly.
